Birthday Eve

On his birthday eve, 

Working like a busy bee, 

In her mind was full of him, 

Thinking how to surprise him, 

Taking a day off... 

Perhaps waking him up in the morning with breakfast... 

Perhaps... no... she had no idea...

That is the only idea she had in mind.

Unwilling?

She wonders why of all things she has done was not appreciated, 

There he was saying she was unwilling,

He could rest and he could relax,

Watching TV all day long, 

Wait for visitors and talk, 

All she needed a time to rest, 

All she needed a space to nest. 

Heart broken for a word that kills her soul, 

After all she had done and died for, 

To finish every task with obedience, 

Life was tough but complained not has she, 

While sleepless night, backaches she experienced,

But complaint she got that she wasn't around by calling, 

But complaint she got that she was unwilling.
